Guitarist Magazine - "Brigadier is capable of recreating every nuance of an analogue delay with none of the drawbacks"

Premier Guitar - "There are lots of analogue delay modelers on the market, but most of them don't provide the feel of playing a true analog delay. The Brigadier nails it"

  • Hand crafted dBucket algorithm- highly accurate reproduction of every stage of an analog bucket brigade chip and the associated clock driver circuitry
  • Bucket Loss controls the amount of loss that occurs at each stage of the dBucket
  • Super low noise, high perf. 24/96kHz A/D, D/A w/ 115dB signal to noise
  • Analog dry path for a zero latency dry signal that is never converted to digital
  • Tap tempo footswitch
  • 3 delay time modes: short, medium, long
  • Tap Tempo modes for quarter, dotted eighth, and eighth note triplets
  • Filter control for adjusting the tone of the delay repeats
  • True bypass (electromechanical relay switching)
  • Selectable “trails” mode with high quality analog buffered bypass
  • Stereo output
  • Expression pedal input with selectable control over any knob parameter

Strymon are a boutique effects company that are regarded by many players as the premier brand for delay and modulation effects. In a matter of weeks after it’s release the El Capistan d-tape delay pedal started to appear on the boards of lots of pro players and has stayed there ever since. The engineers at Strymon go to great lengths to research and perfect each effect before revealing them to the outside world, as a result each pedal in the range has become the industry standard and Strymon a byword for quality. Every pedal is housed in a heavy duty casing and each comes with a supplied power supply unit.

We Welcome Part Exchange

We welcome part exchanges on items over £500. We realise that sometimes you need to “move something on” to get your new guitar. We give fair prices and once agreed we stick to them. The only thing we ask is that you accurately describe your guitar. We have plenty of happy customers from our part exchange scheme.

How it works – If you are local, you can simply call in. If you are not local we will assess your guitar and give you a valuation via phone/e-mail (we may ask for pictures). Once the price is agreed, we always stick to it, and your new guitar will be removed from the market so the deal can be concluded.

You can either send us your guitar, or we can use our courier to pick up for a small charge (UK only). Once the guitar is with us and any balance is paid we can dispatch your new guitar.
