About

This is one-off Gibson Custom Shop Les Paul was commissioned in 1998 for a customer in the USA, it features a Les Paul Body Size with single binding and a Les Paul Custom Neck Shape. The natural finished Flame Maple Top looks superb with a really unique grain pattern. As it is a 1998 model it is pre-custom shop certificates, however the previous owner has authenticated it with Gibson.

Cosmetically the guitar is in good condition for its age, there is some buckle rash to the rear of the guitar with a few minor surface marks.

Gibson Guitars are known throughout the world for their high end guitars of which the most famous would be the ‘Les Paul’. Gibson guitars get better with age and it is these vintage and second hand guitars that we have here at Toneworld. These mature Gibson guitars are of excellent quality, great sounding and have much more playing life to offer.

We Welcome Part Exchange

We welcome part exchanges on items over £500. We realise that sometimes you need to “move something on” to get your new guitar. We give fair prices and once agreed we stick to them. The only thing we ask is that you accurately describe your guitar. We have plenty of happy customers from our part exchange scheme.

How it works – If you are local, you can simply call in. If you are not local we will assess your guitar and give you a valuation via phone/e-mail (we may ask for pictures). Once the price is agreed, we always stick to it, and your new guitar will be removed from the market so the deal can be concluded.

You can either send us your guitar, or we can use our courier to pick up for a small charge (UK only). Once the guitar is with us and any balance is paid we can dispatch your new guitar.
