This is a 1966 Fender Jaguar in great condition for its 52 years - there is the expected wear to the body paint around the guitars edges, and there is some checking to the lacquer on the headstock. The frets are in great condition, and the neck is level and has no dead spots. This Jaguar has been well looked after - although the case isn't original, it is a fender case in excellent condition.

Unique to this Year: By 1966, Fender adds white binding to the fretboard of the Jaguar. Tuners also change to F-style tuners.

Wood Composition: Alder body, Maple neck with veneer Rosewood fingerboard

Design Elements: Bolt-on neck, dot inlays, 2 single-coil pickups with notched side-plates, individual pickup selectors, 24-inch scale length, treble and bass roll knobs, floating tremolo system, lead/rhythm circuit switch
